It is up to the individual or company to secure a hosting service or plan as well as a domain name if they desire. If you do not have a hosting plan we can advise you of a quality web hosting service with a wide range of plans to fit most budgets. Free Hosting Services and Plans Woolie Webs does not build or design websites which are hosted on "free" servers such as Tripod, Geocities, or homestead due to their limitations for building a quality website and the proliferation of undesirable pop-up ads which "free" hosts will use on your pages. Please, register your domain name and acquire a hosting plan so your web design can be something you are proud of and you are allowed to use in any way you choose without unwanted ads for someone else's site or services! Woolie Webs offers photo enhancement, cropping, image merging (collages), text added to photos, custom logos and more! Our professional graphics designers can give you a free estimate on custom graphic design services tailored to fit every need. We also create backgrounds, web buttons and web sets to complete our beautiful websites. Our graphic designs are created using state-of-the-art programs by our own Artist-in-Residence Sylvia Woolwine. When you request custom graphic designs from Woolie Webs, we work with you till we fine tune your images to what you want and need for your company and Internet marketing target audience. Custom graphic designs are priced individually, depending on the complexity of the request. The minimum number of pages you can initially commission Woolie Webs to build for a start-up site is five pages. This is due to the difficulty of building a custom professional web design with less than five pages which contain the basic navigational components that a fully functioning website would need. This minimum does not apply to existing accounts for clients we have already designed and built for, or websites which we are already maintaining on a regular basis. We accept personal and company checks and payments through PayPal, a worldwide leader in secure online payments. Terms for our custom web design, graphic design and Internet marketing services are 50% down at the time they are commissioned, remainder due when work is completed. If we are maintaining a website for you over a long period of time with periodic updates to your site, payment is due within 30 days of our making updates or web design changes to your site and your receiving an invoice from us for our services.

Prices are based on the time and difficulty of creating the logo and vary according to the intricacy of the design. Color Schemes • Custom Web Design Colors Yes, you may choose whatever color schemes you desire for your web design at the time it is commissioned to be built by Woolie Webs professional website designer. We will advise you as to color safe web design schemes which are pleasing to the eye and work well on websites when viewed through the Internet. We have the experience to guide you through this process so your web design and development will stand out from the crowd, but still present a professional, polished appearance. Affordable, beautiful websites are our specialty! Most hosting plans provide email accounts which are generally configured to send and receive mail through Outlook Express. The number of Pop-3 email accounts you will have depends on the hosting plan and services it provides. Wooile Webs does not provide hosting services. Redesigning and Rebuilding Existing Sites Yes, we redesign and rebuild existing sites. Our fees are the same as for building new pages and sites as the same amount of work is involved.
